I need help recording a 1024x768 4:3 resolution in csgo

If you go to Settings -> Video -> Resolution and set it to 'original', you should be fine.

You'll have to wait a few more days until next week's update then - that will contain a new option to record stretched games.

the option "Remove black bars from stretched resolutions" dont work for me

What game are you recording, and at what resolution?
And what results do you get when you turn the option on? Some screenshots would probably be a big help!
