I need help fbx is not letting me use it

FBX is saying " your FBX installation is incomplete. Please restart windows then run the installer again to reinstall FBX and fix the problem". What should i do I need help

@FBX-Recorder Run the program or the installer of the program?

- Restart Windows
- Run the FBX installer again - the installer exe you downloaded from us
- Restart Windows again
This should fix the problem.

@FBX-Recorder Doesn't work. I've Restarted windows twice. Ive let my computer stay off for a day. And i still get this. But im sure ill be told to turn off my computer again or something
