Hotkey does not start to record

I try to record with the default Hotkey, it works only once, after that it does not work anymore, what I have done so far restart the software and Reboot the pc still the same result, is there any chance to add a button instead of hotkey as hotkey does not always work, thanks

Just to confirm, you still see the overlay? It just does not respond to the hotkey?
Which games have you had a problem with?

I was playing with my flight simulator P3D, what do you mean with overlay? It works if I also open goegle earth and switch back to P3D,and then I see just right above corner F9, one more thing why if I change the hotkey and I restart the software, the hotkey back to Default.

What you see in the corner with the FBX logo and the hotkey prompt - that is the overlay. So you always see that but it sometimes does not respond to the hotkey?
Do any other settings that you change, not save?

Well, thanks about telling over the overlay😀
So I know now, back to the issue I have, I do not see the overlay, so when this happen, I need to open Google Earth as it appears directly and back to P3D,But when I see the overlay, yes I can press the hotkey to Record, so far I only try to change the hotkey, which it always back to default when I Run or restart the software.

Can you try starting the game, tab out to your desktop and then tab back to the game - does that give the same result of making the overlay appear?
Can you try changing some option other than the hotkey to see if that changes is saved after restarting FBX?
