Mic not recognising in audio settings.

Hello reader, when I plug in my microphone for my computer it does not recognise the mic is plugged in but my computer does recognise. I was just wondering if anyone could help Thanks!

When are you plugging the mic in? FBX doesn't refresh the list of available audio devices whilst it is running so you need to make sure that it is plugged in before you start FBX so that it can detect it then and make it available for the rest of that session.

Thank you for replying. yes ive tried closing the program, plug my mic in then go back in. does not work still

Can you use the Send a problem report option on the Support tab to send us a set of log files please? We'll have to take a look at those to see if we can see any problems.
