Recorder not recording

Im trying to record overwatch, theres an overlay in the game but its not recording. The time is stuck At 00:00:00 and when try to stop record it won’t stop.
Please help me

You may have to mess around with the encoder and mess with FPS, Quality and Resolution. It might fix the problem.

@Mike-Fajardo We'll need to see log files - Overwatch should be recorded fine. Can you do this:
- Reproduce the problem
- Go to the FBX Support tab
- Send us a report
