How do I save a screenshot?

Hit the F12 key while recording. The screenshot will be saved to the same folder as your recordings, and you'll see it in the list on the Recordings tab.
Make sure you're recording when you hit the hotkey, or the screenshot won't be saved.
You can change the hotkey on the Hotkeys tab.
