FBX game recorder doesn't open.

I can donwload the FBX installer with no problem but as soon as it has finished installing and i try to open up FBX Game recorder it doesn't open. So I go back to my folder where I have donwloaded the installer to (bbfbx) and when I open it it says that FBX game recorder has to be deinstalled and installed to perform an upgrade. Anyways it doesn't open. Please help. I really think it's a good recorder but it's a bummer that it won't open.

Sounds like you could be affected by the issue described in this 2.11 announcement.
Try downloading and installing the latest update from the link provided in that thread.

I clicked on the link but it started to download the same version that I already had. Even after downloading the version from the link that you sent me, FBX still doesn't open... And the weird thing is that it used to work perfectly fine when I first downloaded it but now it just never opens... (it still worked around October/December. What happened?)

In that case we'll need you to send us some log files so we can figure out what's going on. Please do the following:
1 - Go to C:\ProgramData\Blueberry Software\FBXGameRecorder\ (C:\ProgramData is hidden so you need the option to show Hidden items enabled to find it)
2 - Create a zip file containing the most recent "Session" folder
3 - Email the zip file to us at [email protected]
