If I start recording, it won't show the data. When I stop, it doesn't do anything!

Why doesn't it record? It says 'it faild to load the video'!

We'll need to see log files to figure this out. Reproduce the problem by making a 'bad' recording and trying to view it. Then go to the Support tab and send us a report. Thanks!
