I play PUBG Mobile on the Tencent Emulator and I am using a hardware encoder at 480p and 20 fps along with low quality
it stutters for a few seconds
it is not a problem with my PC as I checked FBX with another gaming pc and it stutters for split seconds and during that time it makes robotic sounds
I think you should optimize your application...

We've recorded PUBG Mobile on Tencent quite a few times (recording at 1080p and 60 fps) and we've never noticed anything like that. Is there an example you could send us to take a look at?
What sort of hardware are you recording it on?

I can send it along with the time stamps where it occurred... the quality is insanely low as I like zero lag when I'm playing

If you are getting fps drops even without FBX then that's not a good sign. 4 GB RAM isn't a lot these days, especially if you are on Windows 10, so it sound like the emulator is simply struggling for memory with and without FBX running.

One other thing to add, we've generally found that selecting OpenGL as the Rendering option in Tencent is the best option to go with. If you don't have that selected at the moment, you could switch over and see if that improves things.
