Can't use the recorder again... help, tried to record a windowed a aplication and the overlay didn't show up :(

Is this trying to record ROBLOX again? Or is it something else you are trying to record?

Well first i tried roblox and it didn't work, so i went onto steam and tried to record a windowed game...didn't work either.
