when i watch my Overwatch gameplay footage it looks a bit laggy/glitchy

It's hard for us to say without either seeing the footage or knowing what hardware its running on.
Can you use the Send a problem report option on FBX's Support tab to send us a set of log files? The performance data in there might tell us something.
