Watermark is shown by mistake

How do i remove the watermark that shows "made by FBX.GG" . I want a clarification about this. I heard that fbx is a free recording software. should I pay money to remove that or what?
I saw some videos on the youtube that were recorded with fbx recorder,but those footages does'nt show that overlay or watermark. help me.Here is the picture. you can see the watermark on the video at the top.

as far as I know, fbx doesn't have "watermarks" if you sign up before like version 3.0. I don't know why you have it.

Sorry about this! If you restart FBX, you won't see any watermarks on new recordings. I'm afraid the watermark will remain on recordings you made previously.
Why it happened: we're busy getting things ready for a big release, and there was a slip-up. After the release there will be Free, Pro and Early Adopter accounts, and a bunch of new editing features. Everyone using FBX now will be an 'Early Adopter' and will still be able to use all the features they have right now, for free - no change. Users that join us after the release will be 'Free' and will get a watermark and a 15 min limit on recordings unless they upgrade to Pro.

@FBX-Recorder excuse may i ask what do you mean by "if you restart FBX". Can you be more specific , do I redownload it?

Just close the app and then relaunch it from the shortcut.
Of course, this is only relevant if you've upgraded to a Pro account.

Hello Um I relaunched the app and the watermark still did not remove so I have to be connected to internet for it to work or do I have to upgrade the account

You'll need to restart FBX with it connected to the internet, so it can get your upgraded account. You should see the 'Pro' badge in the FBX app header when it picks up the upgrade.

@UrAverageGamer Please know all the facts before calling people a liar. This thread was created when FBX was still in beta and did not include the watermark. What @THE-OFFICIAL-NOTORIOUS-7302 said was completely correctly at the time.

If you are using a Free account then there will be a watermark.
If you have a Pro account or Early Adopter account, there is no watermark.

@Nico-Ogie To login to a different account in FBX, click the 'user' icon in the top right of the header, then select 'Switch account'. The login page will open in your browser. Login to your Pro account there.
