You mean FBX doesn't run? Can you try this:

To give us an idea of what's going wrong, go to the Windows Start button and search for "FBX". In the FBX Game Recorder folder in the results, click "Send a report".

See if this fixes it: uninstall FBX, restart Windows, reinstall FBX
