How do you record without Discord voice?

I need FBX to not record my friends voice when I play a game

Go to the Settings -> Audio tab and select 'Game Only' as the 'Desktop' source. This way FBX will only record the game audio and not Discord or any music you're playing.

I tried this previously but it didn't seem to record any sound at all.
