Files won't open in my editing software

So I was recording my csgo gameplay.. "Whole Competetive Match". I was sooo happy because in that clip I basically got alot of clutches and funny moments with random matchmaking players.. When I was about to edit the video it won't let me open it in Sony vegas. "none of the files dropped could be opened" Now I am really upset. bolded text

Can you send us a copy of the file that won't import (to support@fbx.gg) so we can investigate? We've done a lot of importing into Vegas ourselves, so it should work fine.

@FBX-Recorder Due to my frustration I deleted it and cleared my Recycle Bin to prevent lag.. But usually if I record too long or maybe a minute it won't let me import it to SOny vegas unless it is below like 20 seconds

If it happens again, please send us a copy of the file before you delete it so we can check it out.
Also, you should probably check with Vegas support because they will be able to tell you a lot more about why Vegas is not accepting it - it may well be an issue at that end of things instead.
