Sure. Your recording will be unstretched, 1600x1080. In the next couple of days we'll add an option to stretch that out to 16:9, so you see no black bars if you upload to Youtube/Twitch.

Since we're getting a lot of duplicate threads about this one topic, we'll pin this.
To summarise, FBX version 3 will include an option to capture a stretched image if you are using a stretched resolution when recording.
