FBX Game Recorder Not Startup!

If the report is not sending, do this:
1 - Go to C:\ProgramData\Blueberry Software\FBXGameRecorder\ (C:\ProgramData\ is hidden so you will need to have the option to see hidden items enabled)
2 - Send the most recent 'Session_' folder to a zip file
3 - Email the zip file to use at [email protected]

Aaaam.I Don't have in Program data Blueberry Software.... why??

As mentioned, it is a hidden folder so you will need to enable the option to show hidden items to find it.

Perhaps, FBX wasn't properly installed. Try to switch off any anti-virus software and reinstall FBX. If that didn't help, please, send us this file:
C:\Program FIles\Blueberry Software\FBX Game Recorder\install.log

Did you try to disable the anti-virus and reinstall? Also, we recommend to add C:\Program Files\Blueberry Software\FBX Game Recorder to the anti-virus exception list.
