Can't Hear Audio on Mac

I'm using FBX recorder on Windows to create screen recordings. I can hear audio when playing the file on Windows. When I move the file to my Mac, I can no longer hear the audio when playing the file. How can I fix this?

We're not sure - there's nothing unusual in the audio output, but we will investigate. Try a different video player application on the Mac, or re-encode it using software like Handbrake or FreeMake?
