The error message is about an NVidia driver file. I'd definitely try reinstalling your NVidia drivers, making sure you get the ones for your version of Windows.

It seems Kaspersky AV thinks it has detected something. Have you tried turning that off and running FBX?
If that has no effect, please reproduce the problem, then go to the Support tab and send a report.
