Quality?

Is this just me but high quality and max almost the same. This makes me confused whether I have to use high or max quality.

I wouldn't expect there to be a massive difference in quality between the two.
Max quality may use a bit more CPU than High so if that becomes an issue use High. But if CPU usage is fine with Max, use that instead.
