New options ?

Does a new icon will appear on the HUD of FBX to select a place on the screen we want to record or a fullscreen option if we want to record games like on a navigator or if we present our desktop in a video ?

You mean when the Fullscreen capture mode is released? Initially that will just capture the whole screen and use the same overlay as Game capture mode - you will toggle between which mode you want to use in the options. A region selection option will probably come later.

Yes but I was thinking of a tool we can use to select the area of the screen we want to record

That would be the region selection option that we mentioned. It needs more work so is not likely to make the initial release of fullscreen capture mode but hopefully won't be too far behind.
