Starts recording at 0:00 then stops there with Minecraft
-
I haven't recorded in a while and recently downloaded the new update that includes Fullscreen mode (which by the way, still doesn't work with Jurassic Park Operation Genesis) and today I decided to play more Minecraft.
And it behaves the way it did before the update with old games: the layout changes to recording mode but doesn't go beyond zero seconds. I noticed this and closed out of the game, and in FBX it said it was still recording and gave me the option to stop either with F12 or by clicking "stop recording" but neither worked. I had to restart my computer.

Thanks for the feedback. We can record JP:OG no problem with Fullscreen mode - it will record whatever is on the screen. Try this:
- Make sure you have Fullscreen mode selected on the Recording tab
- Switch to JP:OG. Make sure you see the FBX overlay in the corner of the screen.
- Press the hotkey to record, do some play, and then press the hotkey again to stop.
If this doesn't work, please go to the Support tab and send us a report.

@FBX-Recorder I've already sent a report. What about my problem about FBX not recording Minecraft gameplay?

@FBX-Recorder When I had the problem with Minecraft I was in Game Mode. Also, I send the crash report of the entire day's activities since the problems with both Minecraft and JPOG happened in the same day.
But yes, I've already sent the report.

The problem is in the encoder that you have selected so it doesn't matter which record mode you have selected. We need more detailed information from your logs so can you do the following please:
1 - Go to FBX's Support tab
2 - Change the Log Level setting to 'Verbose'
3 - Attempt to record again.
4 - When it gets stuck, kill FBX and then restart it
5 - Send us a new error report from the Support tab
6 - Change the Log Level setting back to 'Normal'If you then switch to another encoder, I would expect that that will allow you to record again.

@FBX-Recorder Alright. I sent the crash report in Verbose.

Thanks! We've got a new build for you to try. We'll send it over by email...

@FBX-Recorder Alright then. Thanks so much for your patience!
