ASIO4ALL or Realtek?

Hi, i am currently on my old laptop right now because reasons, now, a few months ago i installed FL Studio, which needs aan open-source audio codec named "ASIO4ALL" i launched FBX and on the microphone page theres 3 different options, which is better (Not that im gonna use it, just wanted to know)

It's not a case of which is better. It's a case of which is appropriate for what you are actually using.
ASIO is a special protocol that bypasses certain layers in Windows to give software direct access to the hardware.
If you are using ASIO hardware, then you should select one of the ASIO options. If you are not using ASIO hardware, then you should select a regular option.
