Initializing

it recorded roblox once and then when i went to record it again it said Initializing and never stopped saying that

Sounds like FBX is stuck trying to isolate the game's audio. (I assume you have the Game Sound Only option enabled if you are seeing the Initializing... message).
We'd need you to send a problem report from the Support tab so we can check your logs for the reason why.
And if you switch from Game Sound Only to System Sound, that shoud be a workaround in the meantime.
