Crashes on load

Just installed this on my Windows 10 machine and it worked great! Tried to then install it on my son's Windows 7 machine and it crashes before it even starts. The only main difference between the two machines other than the version of Windows is that the one that works has an Intel chip and the one that crashes is an AMD chip. Please help. This program is the smoothest, easiest program I've tried and would really like it to work!!!

Hi. AMD shouldn't be a problem. Can you check what version of the .NET framework your Win 7 PC has?

Thanks! The .NET detector says that 2.0, 3.0, and 3.5 are installed, but in the control panel it shows that 4.7.1 is installed. Here is all of the info from the crash statement:
