FBX recorder starting error

I try running the system, but the error: https://prnt.sc/k7tbxw said it has stopped working. I run FBX on my laptop, windows 7, the Pro version for FBX. Please help.

We need you to send a report with your log files please. Open your Windows Start menu, find the FBX Game Recorder folder and click the Send a Problem Report link.
