Slows Down Gameplay

Hey, I got this recorder today, to test trial it, I'm not really sure if its my pc or the settings but it slows down my gameplay. Just wondering if there was a way to fix this.

I'm afraid with the PC spec you have (older AMD CPU and GPU), its going to be difficult to get a high frame rate, high resolution recording without slowing the game down. The Radeon HD7480D you have isn't capable of encoding the recording in hardware, which would make a big difference to performance.
All I can suggest is that you select a lower frame rate or resolution for the recording, on FBX's Settings tab. Make sure you have the "Lower quality, lower CPU use" encoder selected. Hope this helps!
