Failed opening video file

I just recorded and I went through the files trying to export it to mp4 but it’s not working it pops up with the message “Failed opening video file”

We'll need to take a look at your log files. You can send them to us using the Send a Problem Report option on the Support tab.

I cant dind the Problem Report option i looked in the support tab and its not their.

Click 'Support' at the top of the FBX window. Then click on the green 'Send a problem report' link.

Im pretty sure the file is just currupt is their anyway you can help with that!

To understand the problem we need to look at your log files - they will tell us why the video won't open.
