I didnt lag in the game but recording is laggy why?

Can you tell me why this happening?
My previous recording wasnt laggy but nowdays its too much laggy

I am playing 30 fps now in the game and 50 fps on recording

If you are recording at a higher fps than your game is running, you will be putting extra load on your CPU with no benefit in return. If your game is running at 30 fps, then you might as well drop your recording fps to 30 fps as well.
