FBX Starting but not opening

I am on the newest version of FBX. I know this because I've uninstalled and reinstalled using files from the webiste. I have done this many times.Yesterday I tried to open FBX... it said all the stuff and had the splash screen but when it was supposed to open the UI, nothing happened. I can't get it to work and I also can't find any forums with the same issue.

Sorry for the disturbance. For some reason my anti-virus blacklisted almost every application I've installed. Problem has been solved.
