Cannot connect to youtube Streaming

I click login, select my account, select my brand, and I get "Account not setup for streaming". I go to the settings for that account on youtube and it says "this account is setup for streaming".

You will also need to have a default broadcast enabled in YouTube that you will stream to. The log files that you sent us suggest that you don't have that setup yet. You should be able to set that up here: https://www.youtube.com/live_dashboard

I can now connect FBX to youtube by using the youtube button or the custom server and copying the numbers in but even after I start FBX Streaming / Recording, youtube still says I need to connect my streaming software. I have submitted todays logs.
