white noise in audio after exporting a video but not in original fbx recording

My audio is getting compressed when exporting to MP4 format. There's lots of white noise in the video after being exported but in FBX itslef the white noise is not there. It didn't do this before but now all of a sudden each time i export an video it has white noise. What can i change in settings so this doesnt happen?
