Video recordings of 1 second only

Hello.
I've recently download FBX, and I'm facing a problem. Whenever I start to record (in GTA SA), even if I record for minutes, but when I end the recording it shows a recording of only 1second. I'm using latest version of FBX.
Even the overlay doesn't shows time running. Please help me.

If the overlay timer doesn't change, that is usually because the recording PC's CPU or memory are maxed out and there are enough free resources for FBX to use. Close any unneeded apps that are running in the background and reduce any settings you can in the game and in FBX.
