FBX Face Cam

I'm trying to get facecam set up. However, even though I have the setting off, it keeps showing up on my screen whenever I open a game, any game. I even tried clicking on the setting to see if it was the other way around, it wasn't same thing. Am I doing something wrong?

Plese use the Send a Problem Report option on the Support tab to send us your log files. We will need to check those.
