suddenly: "incomplete installation" - program not working anymore

Hello!
First I used the program several weeks without any problem. Since yesterday suddenly the program did not start. I always get the message that the installation is incomplete. I should restart Windows and run the installer again. I did this with the latest version of the installer but it did not help. I still have the same message. So what to do?

I've also just had this same thing happen!!! I've uninstalled then reinstalled, but it has made no difference

this problem started today for me. try to redownload and page says "Under maintenance - check back later" any ideas when this will be solved?
