'installation incomplete pls restart the installer and then restart windows'

My FBX recorder just suddenly doesn't work. I tried reinstalling, restarting windows like 3 times, but still not fixed. I also realized other people are getting the same error too.

Any idea as to when we can expect this fix? are we talking minutes, hours or days?

@FBX-Recorder Guys, it's okay to make a mistake and great that you are working on fixing it. But be professional about it and give us hourly updates - or let us know if it will take days. I wasted a lot of time - as did probably most of your customers - reinstalling and rebooting. At the same time you knew that there was an issue. All you needed to do was to inform us and that could have been done be by a simple email. That way you would have taken control and not left everybody hanging. You make a fine product. Don't let your reputation be affected by lack of communication.
