''Installation Incomplete'' What do i do?

As i was opening FBX, suddenly this thing ''installation incomplete'' popped on the screen, i dont know how to fix it, i tried restarting my pc and opening fbx again but nothing happens. Help?

It's a problem with FBX itself--they're working to fi it. Have been for the past few days now--hopefully it will be up and running again soon. :)
