dangerous changes

so i was installing it and windows said "it can make some dangerous changes on youre pc" and i could istall it but i dont know if i should now

If its the Windows User Account Control prompt, that is normal. FBX needs the elevated permissions to be able to access games and capture the image they are sending to the screen.
