Failed to load

I'm trying to record gameplay on the Sims 4. It seemed fine until I went to go look at it, and it said failed to load.

The usual cause of that would be that FBX hasn't been able to inititate the video encoder that you have selected at the start of the recording session. It tends to be because of an issue with the installed video drivers. Try updating those to make sure you have the latest versions installed. If that doesn't fix the problem, try switching to an alternative video encoder.
