Overlay dissapear after a alt tab on Apex legends

everything in the title. Overlay will dissapear after i tab out and edit a video or something then comeback to the game no overlay and When i try to record it made a 1 second video where it said failed to loading video

Is the editor still open when you return to Apex Legends? If it is, you will need to back out of that first.
