My friends gamechat audio is low when I record. Is there any way I can Capture their audio or increase their volume?

Go to Settings -> Audio and make sure you have 'System sounds' selected, or you might not capture their chat correctly. If System Sounds is selected, then FBX should capture it at the same volume as you hear it when playing.
