Some games can't let you download videos

I tried recording Roblox, "Phantom Forces" to upload to my montage, but when I went to get the mp4 its just didn't let me get it. Can I have a explanation? or maybe I'm just dumb but I do want to know

Do you mean that you aren't allowed to move the file or something like that?
If that's the case, just close FBX and you should then be fine - if its included in your Captures tab and you were to move it whilst FBX is running, that could cause problems so that's why its not possible.
