Date/timestamp in filenames does not honor regional date/time formats in Windows

It'd be nice if FBX could honor the date/time formats in the Windows regional settings when it generates its file names. It seems it may currently be hardcoded to "Game DD-MM-YYYY hh_mm".
Alternatively, maybe add a setting allow this to be customized.

We'll take a look at that. In the meantime, if you want to set the name of an MP4 file, click the 'Export MP4' button and you'll get the option to name it.
