Adding of MSI Afterburner overlay support

Just got back into using FBX after a few months and was very happy to see that it uses the x264vfw encoder, really nice! This is far better than the performance I was seeing while recording with OBS! But I just wanted to know/request the ability to use MSI Afterburner's Rivatuner performance monitoring overlay simultaneously with FBX. Thanks!

Ok, noted. A few of you have requested the ability to record MSI Afterburner with FBX, but this is tricky - Afterburner adds its overlay after FBX gets its snapshot of the game image.
