@Quickk-TO Thanks! We're looking at it. Its strange because our recording import ok, same encoder (Intel), same dimensions and FPS.

Ok, we think this is a recently fixed problem. Try this new build:

Make some recordings and see if they import ok - ours do.

Also there is a problem with hiding mouse cursor, when I select "Never show cursor" It doesn't hide - or am I missing something?Thanks!

Okay so I get the same problem again, if I record for the first time when the the software is open, it would work, but if I'm gonna record another one when the software's still open, it won't import to vegas pro, I will have to close the software and open again to make it work.... :/

@Quickk-TO re. cursor recording. Which game are you recording?

@Quickk-TO Imports ok for us no matter how many recordings are made. Can you:
- Send us a report, so we can check nothing unusual is happening
- Send us the MP4 recording file. Email us a link at support@fbx.gg
