  If recording hasn't managed to finish ,the MP4 file will be incomplete and that is why it is unplayable.

  If you have already recorded with the webcam option on, it cannot be removed from those saved videos - it doesn't matter whether the option to Record Webcam is toggled on or off.

  Toggling the Record Webcam option off will only prevent the webcam from being added to new videos that you save after making that change.

  The only ways to record watermark-free are to either purchase a Pro upgrade or to have created an account while FBX was in beta, in which case it will have automatically been upgraded to an Early Adopter account and will allow watermark-free recording (but not editing).

  In either case, you need to make sure that you are signed into that account and not just using the app as a guest user.

  If the x264 encoder sends errors when FBX tries to access it, a temporary file will be left behind which will cause FBX to ignore the encoder.

  If you have a C:\Users<Your username>\AppData\Roaming\Blueberry Software\FBXGameRecorder\vwfcodecproblem.flag file, rename that to something else and then try FBX again.

  You should then see the x264 encoder but if there is a genuine problem with it, it may cause FBX to crash, in which case change the name of the temp file back and use a different encoder.

  The size of the file will also depend on the video encoder that is used and the content of the video itself (50mins of a visual novel game would be much smaller than 50mins of an first person shooter, for example).

  1.6 - 2.2 GB for a 50 minute recording is actually quite small and definitely at the low end in terms of what you should expect. But 26 - 28 GB is much bigger than anything we're seeing. As a rough guide, when we record for that length of time at 1080p, 60 fps, we tend to get anything from 5 - 15 GB depending on the game.

  All we can suggest is to use the Send a Problem Report option on the Support tab to send us a report next time you get a huge file and we can check the log files to see if there is anything unusual going on.

  FBX is a game recorder so recording websites is not really its intended use. However, you can do it by selecting Fullscreen capture mode in the Capture section of FBX's setting, which will then simply record your whole screen.

  FBX's Game capture mode captures the image directly from the game's processes. If you are not seeing the filters applied in your recorded videos, I would guess that those filters are being applied after FBX has already captured the image. If that's the case, the only way to capture the image with the filters applied would be to use Fullscreen capture mode instead, which will capture the image that is sent to the screen rather than the original image created by the game.
