  For switching from auto to manual renewel of subscriptions you will need to do the following:

  Go to https://secure.2co.com/myaccount/ Enter the email address that you used to purchase FBX to create a 2checkout account. Once you are logged into that account, you need to go to "My Products". There you should see your subscription and be able to enable / disable auto-renewal.

  For the other issue, we'll need to take a look at your log files to check what is going on so please use the Report a Problem option on FBX's Support tab to send those to us.

  I assume that you are suggestingthat you are an Early Adopter and shouldn't see the waterkmark at all? If so, please use the 'Send a problem report' option on the Support tab to report that to our Support team so they can check you log files in your report.

  FBX's Game mode supports DirectX 9 or newer and OpenGL. For anything else, Fullscreen mode is needed. So you could either run the DirectX version and use Game mode or the Vulkan version and use Fullscreen mode.

  There are some overlay options available in the Settings in the Overlay (HUD) tab. We don't have any plans to add any more options to the ones that are already there.

  If its the Windows User Account Control prompt, that is normal. FBX needs the elevated permissions to be able to access games and capture the image they are sending to the screen.

  You are changing which device is selected on the Audio tab but when the headset is selected, nothing is captured?

  If so, is the headset connected before you start FBX? If it is connected while FBX is already running, it may not be correctly detected.

  If the virtual cam is compatible with FBX it will appear in the list of selectable webcam sources in FBX's webcam settings. Just select it there like you would select a regualr webcam.

  There are no options for setting the playlist that uploads will be added into. FBX doesn't receive any information from YouTube about what playlists you have created so cannot show a list of playlists for you to choose from.

  If recording hasn't managed to finish ,the MP4 file will be incomplete and that is why it is unplayable.

  There are some tools that can be used to fix incomplete MP4 files but we've not tested any of them to check have effective they are. This article has some suggestions for ones you could try - https://recoverit.wondershare.com/repair-video-file/free-download-video-repair-software.html
