Did you try updating your AMD video drivers? The logs you sent before definitely indicated a problem with them - FBX asks them to do something, and they never get back.
Your log files seem to suggest that the OpenGL driver that you've got installed is quite old and doesn't support some of the features that FBX needs to use. Try updating your video drivers to get a more recent version and see if that makes a difference.
Do you mean that the video no longer appears in your Recordings list? Or that you've just lost the edits made to one you can still see?
In the current version, your edits are automatically saved when you exit the editor so unfortunately if FBX closes without doing that, those changes won't be saved. The next update is going to include an auto-save option that can be enabled to make FBX save every edit as you make it though. Just be aware that when it is enabled it will cause the editor to run a bit slower.
Take a look in the folder /Videos/FBX Game Recorder/Recordings. You should be able to find the original MP4 recording file there.
To add the original again to the FBX recordings list:
Make a copy of the original MP4 file in Windows
In the Recordings tab, go to the top of the list and click the '+' button to the left of the Date - Game tabs.
Select the MP4 file copy you just made
Should still work fine. Can you reproduce the problem by running FBX and switching to the game, then leave it for 20 seconds, and if the overlay doesn't show up, go to the FBX support tab and send us a report. Thanks!
We've had a few cases recently where the payment processor took a while to notify us about the upgrade. Can you try restarting FBX again - it should pick it up now.
We may have fixed this already, but its not in a public release. We'll send you a link to a build you can check.
The build has the new 'Screen recording' feature included - use this if you don't see the FBX overlay on the game you want to record. Right now, it won't record the webcam on Win 7 - just a little more work to be done.
You mean that you see the window below and when that disappears , the app window does not appear in its place?
If that's the case, find the FBX Game Recorder folder in your Windows Start menu and use the Send a Problem Report option in their to send us your logs please. We'll need to take a look at those.
Please use the Send a Problem Report option on FBX's Support tab to send us your log files. We'll need to take a look at those to see if we can see any problems.
Please use the Send a Problem Report option on FBX's Support tab to send us your log files. We'll need to take a look at those to see if we can see why your can't recprd PUBG Lite.
