  We've not seen this before. Do you have a new RTX card? If so, can you try changing the 'Psycho visual tuning' and 'Nvenc - look ahead' options in FBX's Video settings tab.

  If this doesn't improve it, can you make a 'bad' recording then go to the Support tab and send us a report please.

  Please help i cant start FBX.. it says "FBX GAME RECORDER HAS STOPPED WORKING" pls help

  As per the other thread you posted in, please go to the Windows Start button and search for "FBX". In the search results you should see an "FBX Game Recorder" folder. Open that and select to send a problem report. Thanks!

  It downloads ok for us, so can you tell us a bit more about what happens when you click 'Download' on the homepage? You should go to another page, with an image of a girl holding a toy gun, click 'Download' on that, and what happens?

  Strange. Try this: In Windows Explorer go to the folder

  C:\Users--username--\AppData\Roaming\Blueberry Software\FBXGameRecorder

  And delete CommonSettings.xml

  And try again. You'll be asked to create an account again - just use the same google/facebook/email account you used before.

  If it still doesn't start: go to the Windows Start button, search for "FBX", open the "FBX Game Recorder" folder that appears in the search results, select "Send a Problem Report"

  @FBX-Recorder since i'm using fullscreen with a game [thanks to finding the system time in msi settings], it seems to work but if i use the app switcher aka alt+tab and switch back to the game there's either going to be fbx missing or msi afterburner missing. In rare occasions, i have seen both disappear. I have also sent the problem report just like you guys have told me to

  If you are still saving videos that are failing to load we would need you to send us a problem report from the Support tab immediately after this happens so we can check your logs.

  Can you give us some more details - FBX records Roblox fine for us.

  Which game are you recording? Is it the first Roblox game you've played in that session or have you played a number of different ones?

  What happens if you:

  Completely close Roblox Open FBX and it finshes starting up Open the Roblox game you want to play Hot the hotkey to record

  This sounds like an issue that we've just fixed for another game - we'll send you a preview build with that fix in.

  If the problem still occurs on that version, please use the Send a Problem Report on FBX's Support tab to send us your log files. Ideally do this immediately after the game has crashed.

  @Juugz---YT-- Your account seems to have been upgraded fine - if you restart FBX it should pick up the upgrade.

  If several recorders are giving the same result, it suggests that your recording performance may be limited by your PC. The game will be given priority for things like memory and CPU usage so you wouldn't see any change in its performance but possibly that is not then leaving enough available for whichever recorder you are using to capture as well as it should do.

  FBX can now record Destiny2! You'll need to select Fullscreen mode on the Settings -> Capture tab.

  Ok, no need for a report now. We can see some Twitch accounts require 2 factor authentication for streaming. We'll release an update that handles this better very soon.

  The log files in the report you sent us show that you reverted back to 3.4 after using 3.5. When you get prompted to upgrade back to 3.5, accept that and you should then see the streaming options again.

  Really sorry about this. The problem has been fixed, so if you restart FBX you should pick up the Pro licence.
