  Start FBX and go to the Streaming tab. Click the Youtube Login button and authenticate to Youtube/Google, so you see the "Your account is not set up for streaming" message. Go to the Support tab and click the option to send us a report.

  Can you send us the report please - we'll need the log files to figure out what's going wrong.

  Do you see the FBX overlay when using game mode? If you see it, when you hit the hotkey, FBX doesn't record?

  Your account is 9 months old but we released version 3 with the watermark 10 months ago meaning that you always should have seen the watermark until now.

  It looks like you managed to install version 2 after version 3 was released but then didn't use it again until recently at which point you were forced to update to version 3.

  If the problem just happened on one occasion, possibly your PC just temporarily had a low memory situation that was preventing Game capture mode from initiating properly. If you weren't seeing the overlay appear, something like that would be the most likely cause.

  Rainbow Six Siege is supported so the overlay should be appearing. If it's not, it could be because there is not enough memory or CPU available for it to use. We'd need to take a look at your log files to confirm - those can be sent to us using the Send a Problem Report option on the Support tab.
